Whether you are a seasoned professional or new to lobbying, this program is designed to provide a foundation of statutory rules surrounding ethics and ethical conduct for lobbyists.
Attorney, Mark Herron has designed this course to include the current regulatory structure of the Legislative and Executive Branch. You will gain understanding of lobbyist registration and reporting, House & Senate Rules regulating compensation audits, learn obligations of a lobbyist as it pertains to conduct, procedures, and enforcement actions surrounding compensation reporting and audits.
Finally, this course will address commonly asked questions and how to navigate the process in the event a complaint is filed.
FAPL Board member, Brad Swanson will be our host and moderate LIVE Q&A with Mark throughout the program. Tune in from the comforts of your phone, office or home computer.

Registrants will receive 1 DPL credit hour in Ethics.
This course satisfies 1 CLE credit hour with the Florida Bar in Ethics.
A CLE reference number will be given at the end of the course.
